Unless the item states that it is special order your item will be be dispatched within 48 hours and take only 48 hours to arrive by special delivery using a Royal Mail courier. All items must be signed for so make sure someone will be available to take receipt and if necessary alter the delivery address.

How many wedding lingerie items should I buy?
At the very least you need a comfortable set to go under your fab dress. It is always advised to have a spare thong or brief for this as it always feels best to have clean panties and it is a long day of trying to go the ladies in your dress.
Then in the evening if you change you will want something less restrictive as you will have been held in place all day. So comfort is key.
And you have to make an effort for the wedding night - beautiful basque, stockings and suspenders will remind this man why he chose to marry you and ensure that you ride on the euphoria of this day for the whole of it.
Imagine taking this off and putting on your Pooh bear pyjamas! Not tonight – A silk nighty and robe are called for.
Then of course you can’t start the rest of your marriage in non matching undies from the local department store – even the very next day and the whole of your honeymoon period make sure you have plenty of beautiful sets to suit every mood – not to mention a jaw dropping swimsuit.
The reality is if you wake up the next day and immediately go for trusty old pants you’ll loose that spark much sooner.
How will I know if the item will fit under my dress?
Tips of the trade – when trying on your dress identify where the neckline ends – to help remember run your finger along and try to gain perspective in relation to your bone structure, neck, underarms and breasts.
Then when you try on a bra or basque run your finger along the line and you will almost certainly remember whether this is above or below the dress line.
As with all good bridal retailers we will always let you exchange a bra that does not fit under your dress – just make sure you check within the time frame.
Once you have your items always try it on under your dress – never leave it until the big day.

i have seen a couple of lise charmel items i really like but am between sizes,sometimes an e cup or an f cup depending on the style.could you tell me if the fit on the lise charmel is quite generous? thanks.

I just wondered about your returns and exchanges policy, as I always struggle to find a bra that fits. In every shop that I go to I am a different size! Would it be okay to order a couple f sizes and return the ones that don't fit?

To answer your question simply leave all tags in tact and return the items that do not fit and a credit will be made to your card within 7 days.
