Feeling stuffed?
Watching Jamie Oliver create more food – yet feeling extremely stuffed after yesterday. And yet we only ate one meal – albeit a large meal that kept us going all day. The problem is we have such a variety of food in front of us that we want to have a bit of everything and that is when we over eat.
Why is that you spend all year raiding the cupboards for chocolate and then at Christmas when you get bucket loads, we are too stuffed to enjoy it.
The answer is to blow the cobwebs away and ease digestion with a long walk, get wrapped up warm, grab the dog if you have one and get trudging through the snow. And don’t head home until you really can’t take the cold anymore and you really will feel the benefit.
So get those boots on – As they are made for walking.
